输变电工程项目信息化管理平台应用研究 重庆大学学位论文Power Transmission Project Information Management A Thesis Submitted to Chongqing University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirement for the Degree of Master of Engineering By Supervised by Pluralistic Supervised by Specialty: Electrical Engineering College of Electrical Engineering of Chongqing University , Chongqing, China October 2008 摘 要 随着近年来国民经济的快速发展，我国电力供需形势趋于紧张，电力建设再次进入高速发展时期。输变电工程项目建设是电力基础建设的重要内容，其建设计划执行完成得好坏，直接关系到国民经济的发展速度, 从集约化、科学化的目标出发, 对输变电工程项目建设的各专业、各关键环节制定详细的节点计划或网络计划, 实行目标控制。通过制定清晰有效的计划,使所有参建人员都清楚地了解和掌握各工程项目每个关键时间节点的具体任务、具体目标、具体要求, 确保工程项目计划的顺利实施。 在本平台的开发过程中，采取了B/S三层网络的架构，基于.net框架，SQL数据库技术对系统进行了编程实现。 ABSTRACT Along with the recent years national economys fast development, our country electric power supply and demand situation tended to be intense, the electric power construction entered the high speed development time once more. The power transformer engineering project construction is the electric power infrastructure important content, its construction plan execution completes the quality, direct relation national economy development speed. The power transformer engineering project information management system, is must use the present information technology and the advanced management concept, for the power transformer engineering construction supervisory service, enhances the project management the efficiency and the quality, enhances the engineering construction security, realizes the power transformer project management informationization and the policy-making solid current events. This system take construction project as a center, in the project entire life cycle, to the project implementations progress, the quality, the security, the commodity and so on constructs the entire process to implement the tendency, the quantification management and the active control, faces completion reassignment, the standards production finally, realizes information resource network sharing and the policy-making support.
