The overall project of the campus management is proposed in the thesis first, then the hardware and software design of the system is introduced detailedly. The system is composed by the card-issuing system, personal account management system, student management system, classes and performance management system,computer room charge system, library management system, canteen management systems, intelligent examination of computer system ,Attendance Intelligent Access Control System ；the design of hardware includes Selection of IC cards, reader module MCM500 core chip, RF read-write Module 11T6. interface circuit of MCU and MCM read-write chip and RF read-write Module Diagrams ； Software designing includes MCM software programming instructions, RF Module communication protocol, Reader literacy process design, database development, database connectivity and VB environment management module application development. Finally Maintenance Management System module as an example of IC card-based integrated management of the school system RD process.
