Employee Security Agreement , , 2001AirZip Beijing Wireless Communication Technology Co., Ltd Employee Security Agreement （“the Agreement”） To: AirZip Beijing Co., Ltd（“the Company”）： I hereby agree that one of the preconditions on which the employer-employee relationship is based is that I sign the Employee Security Agreement (the Agreement). In the Agreement, “the Group” refers to the Company and its tentative or permanent controlling company/companies or its subsidiary or the subsidiary of its controlling company. 1. Confidential Information (a) Confidential information (i) I hereby agree that I will treat any confidential information (defined in the following text) cautiously and carefully and closely keep it secret. Unless in the interest of the Company or the group, I shall not use confidential information during my employment in the Company. I shall not leak confidential information to anybody without the written authorization of the board. “Confidential information” refers to exclusive information, confidential-natured information, technical information, business secrets or exclusive technology, including but not limited to the Group’s software, inventions, programs, formulas, designs, patterns, data, database, computer programs, development of various types of intellectual property, management system and its content, business plan, market status, marketing, financial budget, business information, business cooperation, commercial transactions, research materials, products and product plans, service, client information and name list of clients (including but not limited to the Company’s clients or the clients of other members of the group that I have visited or known through the business contact during my employment) etc. The above-mentioned information is what I have obtained directly or indirectly from the Company or other members of the Group through written documents, oral communication or observing patterns or parts of equipment or by other mea
