个性化作业选配的原则、方法及其举例 在我们的教学中，我们不断的研究教学方法、提高课堂效率，然而，我们在作业的选配上所重视的程度远远不如教学。我们有的时候，总是感觉学生完成作业的质量，时间，重视程度都与我们要求的相差很远，我们在分析学生的时候，我们作为教师也要不断反思。我们是否考虑过我们的作业时否会让学生喜欢，是否适合每个层次的学生，是否具有严格的作业管理制度等。面对这些问题作业的布置及其选配也就值得我们深入的研究了。那么，在个性化作业的布置上我们要遵循什么样的原则，有什么样的方法能够更好？我结合自己的教学归纳为以下几点。 明确要求和目的。 对于个性化作业，我们要注意“个性”，我对个性的理解就是结合本班学生的实际和学生性格特点等布置适合学生的作业，体现了一切以学生为本的理念。我们作业的目的不仅仅是让学生巩固掌握知识，同时也是课本上知识的一个补充延伸；不仅仅是知识的运用，而是学生学习兴趣的培养；不仅仅是温故知新，而是让学生温故知新的同时开阔视野。我们要通过个性化作业让学生多方位的发展。个性化作业的另一个目的就是让学生真正做到轻负高效。 例如：我们在设计个性化作业时，要本阶段所学的知识进行巩固，同时，还要把前面学习过的相关知识综合进去。我们在讲定语从句的时候，我们的个性化作业可以在前十道题目上，巩固定语从句，增强学生的信心。接下来的题目就要把定语从句中，易混易错的进行归纳，让学生掌握消化。我们下面设计一个挑战的环节，明确题目：如比比看等，激发学生的兴趣，这个时候在把前面学过的名词性从句及其状语从句融入练习中，通过这个练习让学生分清各个句式的区别，从而增强学生的灵活运用的能力。 一部分：基础巩固（目的巩固所学知识） 1.
