本科毕业论文 届） 中小企业管理者的沟通障碍与疏导策略研究 所在学院 专业班级 应用心理学 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月 摘　要 【摘要】目前，60％的企业问题因为沟通不良产生，30％的离职症状来自沟通不畅[1]。沟通是自然科学和社会科学的混合物，是企业管理的有效工具。沟通还是一种技能，是一个人对本身知识能力、表达能力、行为能力的发挥。无论是企业管理者还是普通的职工，都是企业竞争力的核心要素，做好沟通工作，无疑是企业各项工作顺利进行的前提。所以解决企业内部的沟通障碍，使其沟通顺畅对于企业的发展有着至关重要的作用，这就需要我们认真去研究企业的沟通障碍因素，总结出沟通障碍的疏导策略。 本研究在问卷调查的基础上，运用因素分析法、相关分析法等统计方法，探讨中小企业管理者的沟通障碍因素与不同性别、年龄以及组织背景变量之间的关系。研究得出两个结论：中小企业管理者的沟通障碍由5个因素23个项目组成；不同年龄、不同组织背景变量的管理者对沟通障碍的认识有所不同。本文最后提出针对中小企业管理者的沟通障碍疏导策略与条件保障建议。 【关键词】中小企业；管理者；沟通障碍；疏导策略 Abstract 【ABSTRACT】 At present, the 60% business problems because of poor communication, 30% symptoms of separation from bad communication. Communication is a mixture of natural and social sciences, is the effective tool of business management. Communication is a skill, is a person about their knowledge, skills, capacity to play. Whether it is a common enterprise trade unions, are central elements of enterprise competitiveness, communication work undoubtedly is a prerequisite for the smooth progress of the work of the enterprise. So to overcome communication barriers within an enterprise to ensure smooth communication for enterprises have a critical role in the development of, which makes it necessary for us seriously to study corporate barriers to communication, summarized communication barriers grooming policy. This research by questionnaire survey data, the use of factor analysis method, correlation analysis and other statistical methods to explore SME managerial structure of the barriers to communication and relationships between the different gender, age, and organizational context variables. Research come to two conclusions: SME managers communication barriers by a factor of 5 of 23 items; background variables of different ages and organization managers awareness of communication barriers vary.
