2011届毕业生 毕业论文 题 目: 基于单片机的粮仓温度检测系统设计 院系名称： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 2011 年 6 月 15 日 摘 要 粮食是国家为了预防战争，灾难以及突发事件的战略储备。所以粮食的储存环境极其重要。根据国家的相关法规，必须定期抽样粮仓各点的温度以防止粮食的变质。如果大型粮仓的温度测量不能按时完成，则有可能造成大量粮食的浪费。 本文研究的是粮仓的温度自动检测系统，在设定一个温度报警阈值后，把温度传感器放在需要测量的粮食中，温度的检测，显示，报警全部都自动完成，不需要人工干预。本文采用数字温度传感器DS18B20为温度采集模块，它集成了信号放大和A/D转换，并且采用了一线总线结构，适用于远距离的多点测量。数据处理模块采用了AT89S52，完成数字温度传感器的配置，温度数据的处理以及显示器的配置。温度显示采用QH2001液晶显示模块，它将液晶显示和集成电路结合在了一起，使电路的连接非常简单。本文还给出了详细的汇编程序设计，完整并且详细的介绍了一个基于单片机的粮仓温度自动检测系统。 在世界粮食危机的环境下，该装置能够很大程度上减少粮食的损失，提高粮仓温度检测的效率。 关键词： 单片机 DS18B20 QH2001 温度检测 Title Design of Temperature Automatically Detects System of Granary Abstract Food is the strategic reserve to prevent war, disasters and emergencies. Therefore, the storage of food environment is very important. According with national laws and regulations, regular temperature sampling of granary is needed to prevent food becoming deterioration. If the temperature measurement of large granary can not be completed on time, there will be a large number of food wasted. This paper give a program that temperature automatically detects system of the granary . Set a temperature alarm value, and put the temperature sensor in the cereals, and then the temperature will be detected, revealed and the alarm will work automatically without humans intervention. In this paper, DS18B20 is the digital temperature sensor for temperature acquisition, which integrates the signal amplification and A/D conversion. It use the 1-wire bus architecture which appropriate for multi-point distance measurement.AT89S52 is used as data-processing modules to complete the configuration of digital temperature sensors , temperature data processing.
