Applied technologystudy on thelowersurfacecourseof ATB-30 in highwayADissertationSubmittedfor the DegreeofMasterCandidate：Wang Feng Supervisor：Prof.Peng BoChang’an University,Xi’an,China摘要大粒径沥青稳定碎石混合料具有良好的防止反射裂缝和抗车辙能力，主要用于沥青路面结构的基层，国内对大粒径沥青混合料应用于沥青路面下面层的研究尚处于初步阶段，本论文对沥青稳定碎石混合料（ATB-30）应用于沥青路面下面层的技术进行了详细的研究。本论文分析研究了沥青混合料的结构特性、强度形成机理，针对某高速公路，提出了ATB-30 原材料的技术性能要求，采用大型马歇尔试验法对ATB-30 进行配合比设计，并对所选级配对应的沥青混合料，进行车辙试验以及水稳定性试验等。通过分析比较，提出了ATB-30下面层综合性能最优的生产配合比结果，以《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》（JTGF40-2004）为依据，从施工准备、沥青混合料的拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压以及接缝处理等方面对大粒径沥青稳定碎石（ATB-30）下面层的施工技术进行了研究,提出了沥青稳定碎石混合料下面层的施工技术方案以及施工质量控制体系。关键词：大粒径、沥青稳定碎石、配合比设计、施工工艺IAbstractLarge-stoneasphaltmacadammixturehasgoodstabilitytopreventreflectivecracking andruttingresistance,mainlyusedforasphaltpavementbasestructure.Domesticresearchon large-stoneasphaltmixtureusedinasphaltpavementofthebelowlayerisstillata preliminarystage.Thisthesis,asthebasisofthehighwayprojectfromXianYangtoXunYi,has conductedacomprehensivestudyforthetechnologyofasphaltstabilizedmacadammixture (ATB-30) using in the following layers ofasphalt pavement.Thisthesis,alongtheclimateandtrafficconditionsofthesomeonehighwayforward specificrequirementsofthetechnicalperformanceindicatorsonthecompositionofATB-30 asphalt including aggregates andasphaltfiller, and has analyzedthe structure andcomposition aswellasitsstrengthcharacteristicsoftheformationmechanismofthelarge-stoneasphalt stabilizedmacadam.MarshalltestmethodwasusedtothemixdesignofATB-30,thenthe ruttingtestandwaterstabilitytestwerecarriedouttotheselectedgradationonasphalt mixture,theproducedmixresultsofasphaltpavementbeneathlayersappliedtoadaptto ATB-30integratedoptimalperformanceasphaltstabilizedmacadammixturewasproposed throughtheanalysisandcomparison.Asthebasisoftheasphaltpavementconstruction specifications(JTGF40-2004),ithasstudiedtheconstructiontechnologyofasphalt stabilizedmacadammixture(ATB-30)intermsofpre-constructionpreparationwork,asphalt mixturemixing,transportation,paving,compactionandhandlingoflargediametersea
