AbstractAs the backbone of knowledge-based economy and tech-based economy, high-tech industries play a key role in the future economy development for a specific region. Up to now, most developed countries have already turned to knowledge-based and tech-based development style, which also rises in the share ofGNP.Chinahasbeenstressingonthegrowthofknowledge-based development style, and has already achieved great breakthrough in several scientific fields, including the energy, transportation, remote sensing information, new materials etc. China’s high-tech industries’ development mainly depends on the high-tech industrial park. For the past 30 years, the emergency of a number of outstanding successful high-tech industrial park greatly contributed to China’s economy development. For high-tech industrial park in China, a number of problems, including fuzzy positioning, talent shortage, financing difficulties, restrict their future development. Among those problems, financing difficulties are the most serious one. Thus, based on practical and theoretical needs, we analyze the investment and financing problems troubling China’s industrial park.Firstly, we summarize domestic and foreign literature about investment and financing problems of High-Tech industrial Development Zone to trace the origin of such research questions and to take them as our theoretical basis of our study. These previous research results well provide the guideline and direction for our study. This paper selected A high-tech industrial development zone as the object. The reason is that on one hand, A high-tech industrial development zone reflects a number of typical problems shared by other Chinese high-tech industrial development zones; on the other hand, it is much easier for us to acquire the data needed for this paper. So we carry out a detailed analysis of investment and financing activities, using method of field researc
