新疆医科大学硕士学位论文Expressions and clinicopathologic significance of BRCA1, EGFR in basal-like breast carcinoma Postgradute:HanFangfangSupervisor:Prof.ZhaoFengAbstractObjective:ToinvestigatetheexpressionsofBRCA1,EGFRinbreastcarcinomatissues,itsadjacenttissuesandbasal-likebreastcarcinomatissues,andtoexploretheExpressionsandclinicopathologicsignificanceofBRCA1,EGFRinbasal-likebreastcarcinoma.Methods:BRCA1,EGFRweredetectedbyPV-9000immunohistochemicaltechniquein30casesofbreastcarcinomaanditsadjacenttissues,83casesofbasal-likebreastcarcinomatissues.Thedatawasanalyzedcombiningwithclinicolpathologicalcharactersusingnonparametrictest,Pearsonχ2 test,Spearmanrankcorrelation.Results:(1)ThepositiverateofBRCA1was93.33%inbreastcarcinoma’sadjacenttissues, 76.67%inbreastcarcinoma,57.83%inbasal-likebreastcarcinoma,whichwas significantlydifferent.(2)ThepositiverateofEGFRwas16.67%inbreastcarcinoma’s adjacenttissues,46.67%inbreastcarcinoma,57.83%inbasal-likebreast carcinoma, whichwassignificantlydifferent.(3)ThepositiverateofBRCA1was57.83%(48/83)inbasal-likebreastcarcinoma.TheexpressionofBRCA1wasdifferentfromage,metastasisofaxillarylymphnodes,clinicalstage(p0.05),wascorrelatedpositivelywithage(rs=0.305,p=0.05);butnodifferentfromethnicpeople,tumorsize,menopauseornotandhistopathologicalgrading(p＞0.05).(4)ThepositiverateofEGFRinbasal-likebreastcarcinomawas87.95％(73/83).TheexpressionofEGFRwasdifferentfrommetastasisof axillarylymphnodesandclinicalstage(p0.05),wascorrelatedpositivelywithlymphnodemetastasis(rs＝0.289,p=0.008),butnodifferentfromethnicpeople,age,tumorsize,menopauseornotandpathologicalgrading(p＞0.05).(5)ItwasnotfoundedcorrelationbetweentheexpressionofBRCA1andEGFRinbasal-likebreastcarcinoma(p=0.051＞0.05).Conclusion：BRCA1andEGFRareplayingimportantrolesinbasal-likebreastcarcinoma’smetastasis.Key words：breast carcinoma and its adjacent tissues; basal-like breast carcinoma;BRCA1;EGFR中英文缩略词对照表英文缩写英文全名中文译名CK5Cytokeratin 5细胞角蛋白5ERestrogen receptor雌激素受体PRprogesterone receptor孕激素受体BRCA1breast can
