Theremovaland transformationrule ofsomeclassic pharmaceuticalpollutantsin DEoxidation ditchSpeciality:EnviromentalEngineeringCandidate:LiXuegangInstructor:BoLongliassociateprofessorAbstractPharmaceuticalsareomnipresentinwastewaterworld-widerecentyears，duetotheircharacteristics ofperdurability,bioaccumulationandsluggishbiodegradation,theyarealsocalledfakepersistentpollutants.Theyhavepotentialandirreversiblerisktoorganismsandtheenvironment, inspiteoftheirlowconcentration.Astheconfluenceofmunicipalsewageandemissionsourceofthetreatedmunicipalsewage,theefficiencyofthesewagetreatmentplants(WWTPs)havedirectinfluenceonthewaterqualityofreceivingwater.TostudytheremovalandtransformationruleofpharmaceuticalpollutantsbyWWTPs,thehazardofpharmaceuticalpollutantsin theeffluentofWWTPsandtheremovalefficiencyofpharmaceuticalpollutantsbythecraftwouldbefurthercleared.Theresearchresultswouldprovidevaluabletheoreticalbasisfortheimprovementofexistingsewagepurificationprocess,andtheeliminationofenvironmentalriskcoursedbypharmaceuticalpollutants.Pharmaceuticalpollutants weremonitoredandanalyzedinmunicipalwastewaterthatobtainedfromonewastewater treatmentplant(WWTP) of Xi’an city,whichusingbothDEoxidationditch.Basedonexperimentalanalysisforfivetypicalpharmaceuticals,solidphaseextractionandgaschromatography/massspectrum(SPE-GC/MS)coupledmethodwasestablishedforthisresearch.Theaccuracyof thismethodis1.7~9.4ng/L,theextractionagentofSPEisC18,thecoefficientofrecoveryoffiveselectedcontamination,phenacetin,caffeine,gemfibrozil,naproxenand diclofenac, was73.3%~95%,therelativestandarddeviationwas9.87%~18.0%.Analysisshows that five pharmaceutical pollutants were detected in theinfluent,andtheannualaverageconcentrationsofphenacetin,caffeine,gemfibrozil,naproxenanddiclofenacininfluentare15.60μg/l,641.57μg/l,76.1μg/l,15.05μg/land22.75μg/lrespectively,theconcentrationsofpharmaceuticalpollutantswavedgreatlyindifferentseasons.Onlyphenacetin,gemfibrozil,diclofenacweredetectedintheeffluent,andallbutnaproxenwer
