Collectingrelatedspecimenofpatientwhosesampleswereusedforfungal culture.Whetherthepatientsinfectedbyfunguswasevaluatedbytheresultof fungalculture.Weneedtoknowthethetypesoffungalinfection.Wealsoshould analysisthematerialsbysymptoms,signsandresultsofimageologial examination.Devidingthethepatientsintotwogroupsbytheresultoffungal culture,infectiongroup(fungalculturepositive)andmatchedgroup(fungal culturenegetive).testingspecimensofinfectiongroupfordrugsusceptibility. observatingdrugresistantanceoffungus.Theassociationbetweeninfectiongroup and matched group was examined with at and chi-square test.
