ABSTRACTObjective:Throughcomprehensivesystematicregressionanalysisofthegeneralinformation,signs,laboratoryexaminations,type-BultrasonicandgastroscopeinpatientswithHCwithEVBinvestigating theriskfactorsof thisdisease.Methods:Choose176patientsfiritvaricealbleedingofcirrhosishospitalizedintheAffiliatedHospitalofNanchangUniversityduringapril2014tomarch2015as varicealhemorrhagegroup.Meanwhile,100cirrhosiswithoutvaricealbleedingpatientswereselectedasnonevaricealhemorrhagegroup,comparetwogroupwithretrospectiveanalysis.31indexesincludinggeneralinformation(gender,age, etiology,causesofdisease,incidenceofmonth,basicheartrate),Generalsigns (liver-palms,spider,asceticfluid),biochemicalcriterion(PLT,PT,PTA,APTT,TBIL, ALB,TP,Na+,K+,HBV-DNA),type-Bultrasonic(PV,SV,ST),gastroscope(PHG, PU,RCsign,GV,thethickestesophagealvaricoseveindiameter,begantodistancefromincisorsvaricoseparts,thedegreeofEV)andotherinformationlikeChild-Pugh classificationandlocationofEVBwerecollected,univariateanalysistoanalyse28/30indexes, the indexes with statisticalsignificant difference(p0.05) undertooknon-conditionallogisticregressionanalysistoconfirmthemainriskfactorsofEVB withcirrhosis.StatisticthenumberofEVBeachmonthinayeartoidentifythedifference,inordertoillustratetherelationshipbetweenthecauseofdiseaseand bleedingsite.Results:EVBoccurmostlyinthefirsttwomonthsofayear,andthenareOctobertoDecember,whichaccountfor65.9%oftotalnumberofEVB.Univariateanalysisconfirmthat14indexes includingspider, PLT,PT, PTA,TBIL, ALB,TP, PV, SV,thethickestesophagealvaricoseveindiameter,begantodistancefromincisorsvaricoseparts,thedegreeofEV,RCsign,Child-Pughclassificationhavestatisticalsignificantdifference(P0.05).Non-conditionallogisticregressionanalysisshowed thatRCsign,SV,PV,thethickestesophagealvaricoseveindiameter,thedegreeof EV,PTarepositivecorrelatewithEVBmorbidity,whilePLTisnegativecorrelatewithEVBmorbidity,therelativecoefficientare2.922,2.348,2.335,1.916,1.145,0.253and-0.014respectively.Oddsratio(OR)were18.581,10
