ABSTRACTSNS（SocialNetworkSite/Software/Service）isaWeb2.0timeapplicationsofnew internetmediaservice,followingBBS,Blog,RSS, Tag,Wiki.Itis anintegratedplatformofWeb 2.0,theessenceistoemphasizehumanandinterpersonalrelationshipasthecenterand promotecommunication andcooperationbetweenpeople.Thetheoreticalfoundationoflearning communityisconstructivism,which emphasizesresolvingtheissueinproblem-basedscenarios, stressingthecooperationbetweenpersonandperson,aswellastheconstructing ofself- knowledge.Itsevaluationisalsobasedontheevaluationofthegauges,namelyeachissuehasa specificlevel,whichconducives toreflectivelearning.SNSisanewtechnologyappliedtocontemporarynetworkapplication;itsresearch appliedtoe-learningresearchistoestablishanetworklearningcommunities,andthee-learning communityhasaprofoundpositiveroleinpromotinge-learningandsharingunstructured learningresources.Inthisstudy,wearegoingtoestablishe-learningcommunityofPhysical teachingtheorybasedonSNS,inviewofthetheoryofconstructivismandthemetaphorof learningtheory,groupdynamicsandsocialinterdependencetheory,educationtheoryofthe exchangeanddialogueandthedemandofthecurrentreality,aswellasthedevelopmentofthe networktechnology,thepopularityofthenetworkenvironment. Theconclusionsareasfollows:ItstartsfromlearningPhysicalteachingtheorycourse.Bymeansofquestionnairesand interviewstothestudents andtheteachers,whoneedtorespectivelylearnandteachthePhysical teachingtheorycourseinGuangxinormalcollegesanduniversities,thekeyfactorof constructingtheplatformistoprovideanewteachingmethodforstudents:providethe curriculumresourceswhichcancombinetheoryandpractices;createafeeandequal communicationatmosphere;establishincentiveandevaluationmechanismofself-learning managementinfreeenvironment,whichcanbeusedtoarousetheenthusiasmofcooperative learninggroup.Guidedbycustomerexperience,severalimportantaspectsofputtingforward constructinge-learningcommunitybasedonSNSshouldtakeintoaccount:introducestudents experiencemechanismintheprocess ofplatformconstructi
