摘要摘要当前高校信息化建设发展方兴未艾，呈现不断增长的势头。高校信息化涉及学校教学及管理的各个环节，其中人力资源管理的信息化更是一项主要内容。随着高校办学规模的不断扩大，很多高校都实行了跨地域分校区的办学模式，这对人力资源的管理也提出了更高的要求。只有合理利用人力资源，充分发挥教职工的潜力，才能不断提高教育质量、提升办学层次。由此，对高校人力资源管理系统作了研究和设计。本文针对目前高校人力资源管理现状以及发展特点，通过对本人所在大学城的 14 所高校的调查研究，在深入学习和研究 SOA 面向服务架构理念、Web Service 技术框架和现代人力资源管理思想的基础上，集成信息技术、管理科学和系统科学等学科理论和技术，研究和开发科学高效的高校人力资源管理系统。文中首先介绍了 SOA 的一些基本理念以及 Web Service 的几种关键技术，较为深入的讨论了 SOA 的实现技术 Web Services 及在．NET 平台上的创建、发布和客户端调用过程。随后，通过对高校人力资源信息管理的现状和需求进行分析，提出了基于 SOA 的高校人力资源管理的系统架构，对高校高校人力资源信息管理系统各功能模块进行了开发设计和基于.NET 平台的具体实现。关键词：SOA，Web Service，.NET，人力资源管理IABSTRACTABSTRACTThe development of information technology in higher educations has taken on a rapid speed. The informatization at universities includes teaching and management at all levels, and the management of human resources is a critical component. Universities have been building up campuses at many different regions under the strong pressure for expansion in both student population and education specialties. This development further raises demand on the management of human resources. A comprehensive management system for human resources that could fully realize creative potentials in all faculty and staff is a critical aspect for quality learning, university operation and higher standard of education in general.I have studied the current state of university management system for human resources and the ongoing development at 14 institutions of higher education located in the University Town in my area. In particular I have investigated the principle of SOA service oriented framework, Web Service technology and modern management concepts for human resources.
