摘要摘要随着信息技术在监狱中广泛应用，特别是数据库技术和域内网络的广泛应用，监狱单位拥有的数据量急剧增大。以往罪犯信息管理系统，多半基于OLTP系统，缺乏综合分析、辅助决策以及自动发现模式的能力；并且对其历史积累的海量信息中隐含知识的利用无能为力。在这种情况下，将数据挖掘技术应用到监狱系统的信息管理中去，对于改善监狱系统的管理效能具有很重要的现实意义。数据挖掘是从大量的、不完全的、有噪声的、模糊的、随机的数据中提取隐含在其中的、人们事先不知道的、但又是潜在有用的信息和知识的过程。本文以 “NW监狱”罪犯信息挖掘为研究对象。在“NW监狱”原有罪犯信息管理系统的基础上，利用SQLServer2005作为后台数据库及数据挖掘平台，建立挖掘结构与挖掘模型，进行数据挖掘，为“NW监狱”管理层决策活动提供辅助信息。本文将数据挖掘技术应用在监狱罪犯信息处理上，主要研究内容和成果如下：对罪犯数据库进行建模，提取出四个挖掘任务：刑期与减刑预测，罪犯关联规则挖掘，聚类分析。根据罪犯信息挖掘的具体任务，结合数据挖掘的常用算法，实现了决策树，关联规则挖掘，聚类分析等适用于罪犯信息挖掘的算法。以SQL Server2005作为后台数据库及数据挖掘平台，利用C#实现了一个基于C/S结构的NWP数据挖掘系统关键词：罪犯信息，数据库，联机分析，数据挖掘ABSTRACTABSTRACTAstheuseofinformationtechnologyspreadinawiderangeofapplicationsof prison management,inparticularlydatabasetechnologyandtheWorldWideWeb applications.Theamountofprison?sdatahasdramaticallyincreased.Mostofcurrent informationmanagementsystemsarebasedontheOLTPsystem,theylackabilityof comprehensive analysis to support decision-making, as well as the ability toauto-discover pattern；And they cannot use implicit knowledge in the massiveaccumulationofinformationoftheirhistory.Inthiscase,weappliedtheDataMining Technologytoinformationmanagementinprison system,whichcanbring avery important practical significancetothe management of current prison systems.Dataminingistheprocessofextractinghiddenpatternsfromalargeamountof incomplete, noisy,fuzzyand random data.
