摘要豆浆作为人们生活中不可缺少的饮食，对人体有很多益处。从古代老式的石磨制浆到如今的各种豆浆机，豆浆的制作工艺日趋成熟。目前，国内豆浆机的生产呈现多样化发展趋势，商用豆浆机的市场份额日益增长。就目前国内形势来看，商用豆浆机价格不菲。其主要原因是控制系统使用的中央处理部件是PLC，这种设计的系统可靠性高，但成本相对要高一些。因此，为了满足不同层次的用户需要，本课题从降低成本的角度出发，设计了一款以单片机STC89C58为核心的商用豆浆机控制系统。硬件上设计了时钟、存储、键盘/显示、USB接口、液位检测、电流检测、电气隔离部分等电路。在节约成本的基础上，极大程度的保障了系统的稳定可靠。软件上用C语言编写了商用豆浆机的工艺流程及异常状态处理等工作程序，实现了商用豆浆机应具备的各种功能。另外，本系统有一大突出特点，即可以方便地对外租赁。系统在VC++6.0的开发环境下设计了上位机的操作界面。它以U盘为中介，向豆浆机控制系统写入租赁的时限，实现了对商用豆浆机租赁时间的控制，使租赁到期的豆浆机无法继续使用。经现场安装、调试及之后的多次实验表明，设计的商用豆浆机能够满足消费者需要。磨出的豆浆细腻、均匀、口感好。该豆浆机具有成本低廉、功能齐全、使用方便等特点。关键词：商用豆浆机，STC89C58，上位机，U 盘读写AbstractAstheindispensabledietinpeople’s lives,soybeanmilkhasmanybenefits.Fromancientold-fashionedsoybean-grindingtomodernsoybeanmilkmachines,theproductionprocessofsoybeanmilkbecomesmoremature.Atpresent,thedomesticproductionof soybeanmilkdisplaysgraduallyagrowingtrendtowardsvariety,andthemarketshareofcommercialsoybeanmilkisincreasinglygrowing.Asthecurrentdomesticsituation,thepriceof commercialsoybeanmilkiscostly.ThemainreasonisthattheCPUofcontrolsystemisPLC.Thedesignishighlyreliable,butitscostisrelativelyhigh.Therefore,inordertomeetdifferentstatusofuser’sneeds,acommercialsoybeanmilkmachine’controlsystemwhichusesSTC89C58asitscoreisdesignedfromtheangleofreducingcostsinthistopic.Inhardware,itisdesignedthecircuitofclock,memory,key/display,USBinterface,liquidleveldetection,currentdetection,electricalisolationandso on.On thebase ofcostsaving,itcanextremelymakethesystemstableandreliable.Insoftware,the commercialsoybeanmilkmachine’sworkingprogram,suchastechnologyandthemanagementofabnormalstatesandsoon,iswrittenwithClanguage,whichrealizesthefunctionthatthecommercialsoybeanmilkmachineshouldpossess.Besides,thesystemhasaprominentcharacteristicthatitcanbeeasilylease.APCinterface,whichbasedonVC++6.0andUdiskasitsintermediary,isdesignedtoinputtherent’stimeintothecontrolsystemofsoybeanmilkmachine, whichrealizesthecontrolofrent’stimeandmakesthemachinewalkoffthejobwhentherent’timeisreached.Theresultsoffieldinstallation,debugginganda lo
