摘要基于 WindowsCE 的人力资源管理系统是一种有别于通用计算机的信息管理系统。它是应当前信息时代对人力资源管理高效化的要求而产生的，其主要特点是高效、快捷、实时，能够实现移动办公。无论何时何地，都能使 决策者或使用者在第一时间掌握人力资源的相关信息。本管理系统分为桌面机部分和 PocketPC 部分，分别以 Windows2000 、 VisualBasic6.0 和 WindoW5CE3.0 、EmbededVisualBasic3. 0 为系统 开发平台，采用模块化思想设计，建立了以人员基本信息、人员简历、家庭 成员和社会关系、劳动合同为主的信息管理，实现了人力资源信息的浏览、 增加、删除、修改、查询等功能。本系统严格按照软件工程的思想来设计，该系统的设计将使 PDA 设备在人力资源方面得到新的应用。关键词:人力资源系统软件Windows来 些作者 飞 vj:!j74闷意拉圭丈二〉 -:古:ABSTRACTThe managing system of human resource based on Windows CE is ainformation system which distinguished from usual personal computer. Because people want a efficient HR managing system in information age， it was developed. And high efficiency，shortcut，real-time are its maio characteristic. And we can work when we are traveling. No matterwhat ，users can get the information of human resource in the first tlme.The managing system can been divided to two parts，desktop andPocket PC. One part used on desktop was developed on platform of Windows 2000 and Visual Basic 6. 0，the other part used on Pocket PC was developed on platform of Windows CE and embedded Visual Basic 3.
