AbstractIn the conditions of Web3.0 and the mobile Internet, we have entered a different new Internet virtual society. It is provided with moving, expansion, ubiquitous, personality characteristics,and it also bears a greater risk. With the rapidly rise of the further development of the Internet and new media of microblogging, rumor has become an important part of the ecological network information.In this study,literature analysis, the case study method, brainstorming and practical feedback and other research methods had be used to collect the the 78 earthquake rumors cases 2008-2012.Then released excluded the Cases by SMS, telephone and mouth to mouth to remain the last 50 cases released by the network. By using SPSS statistical software to analysis the network rumor mongers characteristics in terms of age, sex, occupation, education, geography, rumors release and follow-up actions.By using content analysis to refine the raw material collected, information processing and post editing aspects of refining.On the basis of statistical analysis, the researchers have searched in the basic trend of internet rumormongers the network simple refined summarized and analyzed from two aspects of the network acting in the physical and behavioral characteristics.
