优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 Abstract Multi-variety and small batch manufacturing will be the mainstream in bicycle corporations with the tendency of personalization and diversification of customers’ demand. Under the challenge of mass customization, the enterprises, with low designing efficiency and high cost because of outdated design approaches and tools, can no longer meet the market’s need. In order to promote manufacturing efficiency, the establishments of design methods and tools have become the key issues. Researching actuality of mass customization and application of CAD systems at home and abroad are introduced in this thesis. The current technologies, development trend and technical difficulties in bicycle design are discussed. Combined with parameterized template method, configuration and variation design, a design approach based on parameterized template is introduced to solve the problem. The design idea is elucidated. The realization of parameterization of product structure template, parts modeling and rapid design of products are studied. The technologies of parameterized modeling and user defined feature are investigated deeply. A professional CAD system is developed to meet the need of bicycle design. Through the ABC and geometrical shape analysis, parameterized templates describing the products’ structure, consummate parts database, software modules of various bicycle frame design and automatic assembly of parts are established. The management of product configuration, bill of material, related information of parts and rapid drafting are developed in bicycle CAD system. Bicycle CAD system can direct analysis and manufacture of bicycles and provide the base of knowledge recycling. Through the realization and application of CAD system, it’s testified that the new approach can generate production model quickly, promote the design efficiency and quality remarkably.
