AbstractThe progress of Internet and the rapid development of e-business require new enterprise applications should communicate with legacy systems and future systems. Against this background, it analyses the emergence of SOA and introduce related theory about SOA, after that, it also discusses SOAs key technology - Web Services Technology.In the circumstance of SOA, services are the basis of establishing systems, and then the management of services becomes an important task. Based on UDDI, it gives a schema to enhance that: when publish services, not only service properties can be published, but also service description file, which makes service publication more complete; when get services, not only service properties can be gained, but also the service description file, which make it more conveniently to locate service provider and invoke service. Service description file is so important that it make sense to publish that.In the development mode based on SOA, after getting services from the register center and binding with the services, the service requestor establishes direct dependence on the service provider. About this, it gives a solution which adds to service agent, which is used to separate the service requestor and the service provider. It also discusses two way of inducting service agent, considering these two ways and enhanced register center, it forms an idea of Service Library Based on Agent and gives out the thinking of how to build the library.The web services library based on agent adopts browser/server construct, it has three layers, which are display layer, business layer and data layer.
