基于多体系统动力学的2k v型摆线针轮减速器动态传动精度仿真分析-simulation analysis of dynamic transmission accuracy of 2k v cycloidal gear reducer based on multi-body system dynamics
摘要2K?V型摆线针轮行星传动是由2K?V型行星传动与K?H?V型行星传动复合而成的一种新型行星传动机构,兼顾了2K?H负号机构的高效率和少齿差传动的大速比的特点,同时仍属于一种少齿差行星传动。它具有承载能力大、传动精度高、扭转刚度大、回差小、传动效率高、体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑等优点。该传动机构广泛应用于船舶、冶金、化工、矿山、起重运输,包括工业机器人、航空航天等一些特殊领域。论文针对间隙和关键零件的弹性变形均会对2K?V型摆线针轮减速器的传动精度造成影响,在Pro/E中创建三维参数化模型,结合ANSYS和ADAMS建立多体系统动力学模型进行多体系统动力学仿真,研究分析间隙和弹性变形对2K?V型摆线针轮减速器的传动精度的影响情况。综合概括起来,本文的主要研究内容如下:①介绍了减速器的工作原理、摆线轮的修形方式、摆线轮的最佳修形方法及最佳修形量、和减速器的回转传动精度原理,为后续分析各种影响传动精度的因素奠定理论基础。②采用三维建模软件Pro/E对减速器的各个零件进行三维参数化设计并进行了参数化装配,完成减速器的参数化建模工作。结合了有限元分析软件ANSYS生成关键零件的模态中性文件,为后面建立多体系统动力学模型做好准备工作。③在ADAMS中建立间隙和弹性变形影响因素下的多刚体系统动力学模型或刚柔耦合系统动力学模型并进行多体系统动力学仿真,获得这些影响因素下的转角误差曲线。通过对比分析这些转角误差曲线,得到一些影响减速器回转传动精度的结论。通过对减速器的动力学仿真分析,得到间隙和弹性变形对减速的传动精度造成的影响情况,为设计、制造高精度2K?V型摆线针轮减速器提供了设计依据。关键词:2K?V型摆线针轮减速器,回转传动误差,参数化建模,模态中性文件,多体系统动力学ABASTRACTA2K?Vcycloidpingearplanettransmissionmechanismisanewtypeofplanetarydrivewithsmallteethdifference,whichiscomposeof2K?VandK?H?Vplanettransmissionmechanism,withadvantagesof2K?Vtransmissionmechanism’shighefficiencyandofplanetarydrivewithsmallteethdifference’sgreatspeedratio.2K?Vcycloidpingearplanetaryreducerhasfounditswideapplicationinshipbuilding,metallurgy,chemicalindustry,mining,liftingtransportandotherspecialdomainsincludingrobotandaerospacebecauseofitsstrongabilitytocarryloads,hightransmissionaccuracy,efficiencyandtorsionalstiffness,lowtransmissionbacklashgreatspeedratio,accuracyandefficiency,smalldimension,lightweightandcompactstructure.Thispaperstudiesandanalyzestheinfluencesofclearanceandelasticdeformationontransmissionefficiencyof2K?Vcycloidpingearreducer,after3DparameterizedmodelisconstructedinPro/Eandthedynamicmodelofthemulti-rigid-bodysystemandrigid-flexiblecouplingsystemisalsoconstructedbymeansofANSYSandADAMS.Inconclusion,themaincontentsofthispaperareasfollows:Firstly,thispaperintroducestheworkingprincipleofthereducer,themethodofmendingtoothshapeofcycloidgear,theoptimummethodandamountofmendingtoothshapeofcycloidgear,andtheworkingprincipleofrotationaltransmissionprecisionofthereducer,whichlayatheoreticalfoundationforanal
