中文摘要 中文摘要 重庆大学硕 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 近年来可持续发展成为学术界热门话题，建筑业作为国民经济支柱产业，也 应该响应政策要求走可持续发展道路。建设领域一直是可持续发展很重要却也很 复杂的领域。据相关资料显示，建筑及相关行业消耗了地球上约 50%的能源，产 生了全球约 24%的空气污染、40%的水源污染、20%的固体垃圾。建筑业的可持续 发展问题直接关系到人类社会能在什么程度上实现永续发展。 可持续建设作为可持续发展理论在建筑业的应用和创新，日益受到学界的重 视。然而，目前关于可持续建设的研究多集中在绿色建筑设计和绿色施工领域， 角度多站在施工单位，提出的理论和方法虽在技术层面可行，但由于缺乏对建设 单位影响力的充分全面认识，导致提出的理论和方法在操作层面动力不足造成推 广困难。论文旨在从建设单位的角度，而不是学术界目前普遍采取的从施工单位 的角度，研究可持续建设理论的应用执行情况。 该论文基于可持续建设理论，以建设项目招标文件为研究对象，通过研究建 设单位对可持续建设的认知和重视程度，探究可持续建设理论在建筑市场招标环 节中的具体应用。通过文献回顾、专家访谈、头脑风暴三种方法，整理出 49 个可 用于评价建筑工程招标文件可持续建设表现的因素。课题共收集到 511 份有效样 本，采用内容分析法对这些招标文件进行因素提取。最后，整理因素提取数据得 出结果，结合建筑市场现状分析产生结果的原因。研究发现，相对于经济因素和 社会因素，建设单位对环境因素不甚重视。这个结论一方面表明建设单位在节能 环保方面的低要求或不作为，另一方面也从一定程度上解释了节能环保技术为何 难以推广的原因，即建设单位“重经济、轻环境”的理念所致。该研究有助于揭示建 设单位在可持续建设方面的真实态度和侧重点，有助于提升建设项目的可持续建 设表现。 该论文的不足之处在于研究对象仅限于建设项目的招标文件，无法从研究招 标文件全面了解建设项目的可持续建设情况。虽然从建设项目招标文件入手对可 持续建设的应用进行研究，可以从一定程度上了解可持续建设的应用推广现状， 但是毕竟招标文件只能代表建设单位的期望和要求，无法完全说明建设项目的可 持续建设情况。因此，该论文在研究建设项目可持续建设表现上仍有局限性。 关键词：可持续建设，招标文件，建设单位，招投标，内容分析法 英文摘要 英文摘要 重庆大学硕 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT In recent years， sustainable development has become a hot topic in academic circles， the construction industry as a pillar industry of the national economy， must take the road of sustainable development.
