AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyandtheglobalizationoftheknowledgeeconomyspeedingup，inordertomeetthemoreintensechallenge，weshouldrapidlyimprovetheinternationalcompetitivenessofChineseenterprises.Andfromnowtoparticipateinworldcompetitionandkeeptheadvantagebasicallyisstate-owned or major support from the state enterprises，private enterprise is few.Throughouttherestoftheworldeconomicdevelopmentprocess，riskinvestmentinthisprocessplaysakeyrole，becauseoftheriskinvestmentoperationmechanismandtheobjectivetodiffercompletelywiththebank，theyfavorthedevelopmentpotentialoflargeandhighinvestmentriskofventureenterprises.Butbecauseoftheriskofinvestmentfailurerateisveryhigh，inordertomaketheriskenterprisesdevelopbettersoastopromotetheeconomicdevelopment，wemusttakeeffectivemeasurestoimprovethesuccessrateofriskinvestment.Thisarticleisaimedatthisproblemmadeexploratorystudy.Thisarticleisbaseonthegametheoryofbranchmatchingtheory，studyriskinvestmentasawhole.Accordingtothefeatureofdifferentdevelopmentphaseofventure enterprises and venture capital cooperation motivation put a question ondifferentstagesofdevelopmentmatchingproblem，thenaccordingtotheVcfirmandventureenterpriseontheidealpartnerexpectations，andriskinvestmentintermediaryobjectiveevaluationtoestablishspecificintervalnumberandfuzzyintervalmodel，calculatetheamountofinformationfordifferentsubjects indifferentevaluationindex，accordingtotheamountofinformationminimization，eliminatedprojectswithlargeamountofinformation.Finally，amulti-objectiveoptimizationmodelisbuilt，andcalculatethe riskofinvestmentinasingle directionoptimizationscheme，whichconsidersonlytheVcfirmoptimalsolutionandconsideringonlytheriskenterpriseoptimalsolution，andthroughthemembershipfunctionsoftheweightedsummation，gettheoveralloptimalsolution，forreachingthefinalmatchresults.Throughthisanalysiswecanknow，inthecaseofinformationsymmetry，betweenfiniteVcfirmandventureenterprisethereisabalancedsituation，intheabsenceanysubjecthasaoptimalchoiceorabetterone.Keyw
