AbstractInthispaper,theinfluenceofweldingprocessparametersonweldingprocessofelectronbeamweldingwithfillerwirehasbeenstudyfirstly.Then,themeltingdynamicsoffillerwireandtheeffectsoffillerwireonthedynamicbehaviorofweldingpoolandkeyholehavebeenstudywiththeaidofCCDvisualsensingsystemontheself-builttestplatform.TheresultsshowedthatfrontfeedingismorestablethanrearfeedingduringEBWwithfillerwire.Andthefrontfeedingismoreeasilyadapttothefluctuationduringtheweldingprocess.Withtheincreaseofwirefeedingangle,theblockingeffectsofwireonelectronbeamiswaningandthepenetrationduringtheweldingprocessisincreasing.Me
