论文摘要本文提出了一种基于现场总线技术 (FCS)的瓦斯检测及报警系统。该论文结合煤矿中瓦斯测试的实际问题，对基于 FCS的瓦斯检测及报警系统做了一个比较全面的论述。主要解决了以下几个问题:一、现场总线通信控制器的研制。二、测试系统中远程数据通信，传输线上的信号衰减及抗干扰问题。三、具有软件自标定功能的现场智能仪表的开发及研制。整个系统以管理计算机为核心，管理计算机通过总线控制器连接到总线，各智能仪表直接连接在现场总线上，作为现场总线的一个节点。管理计算机的控制参数等变量数据通过总线控制器下载到智能仪表中，智能仪表中的数据可通过现场总线上传到管理计算机。总线控制器作为管理计算机与现场总线的接口装置，起到了管理计算机与智能仪表数据双向传输的网桥作用。现场总线为一对双绞线，它延伸到煤区矿井各层面的多个瓦斯采集点。由于采集点较为分散，距离较远，在信号传输肘，我们传输信号进行调制解调，并增加了抗干扰、抗衰减措施保证通讯系统的可靠性。总线上挂接的是各个现场智能仪表，现场智能仪表除具有数字通信接口外，还具有独立的测试功能 9 具有键盘输入和数码显示。智能仪表上的传感器采用 MC112 气敏元件，为消除传感器因长期工作而带来输出特性漂移的影响，在现场智能仪表中我们采取了软件自标远措施 k 使测试数据更为准确，提高了瓦斯检测和报警系统测试的精确度 J斗;jokff?关键词:叫统，通信规约，均匀传此举结控制器，智能仪表，电磁兼容性，r2c 总线， SPI 串行总线AbstractThe system of methane measurementand alann based on FCS is introduced in this paper.The practiceproblemsabout the methanemeasurementin the mineare comprehensively discussed.
