内容摘要 现代物流是21世纪经济的一个新的增长点，被称作“第三利润泉”，物流控制能力往往体现一个地区的核心竞争力。随着经济一体化的趋势不断加强，港口在提升港口城市经济质量、加快经济腹地经济发展速度、协调国际物流均衡分配等方面发挥越来越大的作用，建设国际航运中心可以形成一个高方位发展的经济共荣圈，所以航运中心竞争力的重要性不言而喻。环渤海区域港口众多，竞争激烈，以大连、天津和青岛为代表的三大港口都不约而同地提出建设我国北方国际航运中心的口号，都把港口发展放在了非常重要的位置。本文从北方国际航运中心的基本内涵出发，利用SWOT模型对天津北方国际航运中心的现状进行了分析，对天津北方国际航运中心发展优势、劣势、威胁进行了较为全面的分析，并提出了提升天津北方国际航运中心竞争力的对策。 关键词 国际航运中心；SWOT分析；竞争力；发展对策 Abstract Modern logistics is a new growth point of the 21st century economy, known as the third profit Springs, logistics control capacity is often reflected the core competitiveness of a region.
