中国古代档案保管思想研究 作者:雷昌玲 摘 要 伴随文字的出现，国家处理事务的增多，文字记录出现相应的积累，这 就产生了对文字材料的收藏管理，档案管理工作由此提上了国家工作日程， 档案管理思想随之出现，中国古代档案保管思想产生较早，古代档案保管思 想包括：集中保管档案的思想、档案库房建筑思想。古代档案人对档案库房 建筑非常重视，要求建筑物的坚固耐久、防水防潮、防火防盗、恒温恒湿防 火等都充分体现；防治有害生物保护思想。具体包括杀青防蠹、染纸防蠹、 草药避蠹、药剂防霉、晾晒防潮防蠹、防鼠防蚁、及以防为主，防治结合思 想；档案修裱思想；档案装帧保护思想；档案保护制度化思想，包括用纸制 度、副本制度、保密制度和安全制度；档案架库保管思想，包括匮架保护、 分库保管等。无不凝结着我国古代劳动人民的智慧，档案保管作为档案管理 的一个重要环节，包涵了我国古代档案工作者丰富经验和优良传统，值得我 们今天发扬光大。 我国古代档案保管思想对今天仍有着重要的参考价值，虽然由于古代封 建统治阶级政治、经济和社会制度的影响，古代档案保管发展比较缓慢。但 在总结档案保管思想特点，保管的经验性方面仍具有自己的特色，通过研究 我国古代档案保管思想，揭示古代档案保管思想对现代档案保管的借鉴价值， 对于推动今天档案管理的科学现代化仍具有重要意义。 关键词：中国 古代档案 保管思想 1 THE RESEARCH ON ARCHIVES STORAGE THOUGHTS OF ANCIENT CHINA ABSTRACT With the emergence of words, the growing state-processing services and the accumulation of written records, the collection of written material management appeared accordingly.
