巧，J搞要嘉陵技术中心是隶属于嘉霞集团的具有较高层次、较高水平的技术研究和开发机构，是嘉陵集团技术创薪体系的核心，是嘉段集团技术进步和技术创薪的主要技术依托。技术中心是为企业长期发展战略服务的，是企业进行技术储备、增强发震后劲和形成新的经济增长点的重要依托。企业技术中心在我自是二十世纪九十年代韧开始出现的，到目前为止在我国才只有短短的十几年的建设历史。本文首先对技术缸新和技术中心建设理论及重要意义作了阐述，从中得出我国企业要参与E际竞争就必须加强和重视企业技术中心建设。在对自内外企业技术创新和技术中心研究和发展现状分析研究的基础上，模据当前中共中央、国务院关于技术创新、建设创新型国家的有关政策，结合中国嘉陵工业股份有眼公司〈集吕〉技术中心建设实践作了分析，提出了企业技术中心存在的主要问题并对主要京因作了分析。最后运爵技术创新理论和组织行为学的组织结构、激励建论，从技术创新的组织结构设计、技术创薪的激励机制设计、建立学习型组织以及企业进一步深化改革等方面提出了加快嘉陵技术中心建设，真正发挥嘉陵技术中心在嘉鼓集团技术创新活动中的核心#用的对策和建议，对我自企业技术创新体系和技术中心建设进行了探索。关键词:技术创新技术中心嘉鼓集团矩阵结构激励机制AbstractτheJialingTechnicalCenteristhecomparativelyhighlevelandgradationorganizationforresearchanddevelopmentbesubordinatetoJialingGroup.Itisthecoreoftechnologicalinnovationsystemandtheprimarytechnologicalsupport岛rtechnologicalprogressandtechnologicalinnovationofJialingGroup.Thetechnicalcenterìsserveforthelong-tennstrategyofenterprise.Itistheimportantsupportfortechnologicalhiveandevolutivestaminaandthenewincreaseofeconomycomeintobeing.τheenterprísetechnicalcenterdidntcomeintoinchinauntil1990s.Thehistoryoftheente甲risetechnicalcenterinchinaover10ye缸suntilnow.Inthefirstplace.thearticleset[0此hthesignificancesaboutthetechnologicalinnovationandthebuildingoftechnicalcenter.Wedrawaconclusionthatente叩nsesmustdevotemuchattentiontothebuildingoftechnicalcenterunderseriouslyintemationalcompetition.Onthebasisofanalysisaboutthedevelopmentandresearchsituationofthetechnicalcenterinenterpriseathomeandabroad.Accordingtopoliciesaboutthetechnologicalinnovationandthebuildingofinnovationalcountηatpresent，ananalysisisgiventotheJialingTechnicalCentercombinethepracticeinJialingTechnicalCenter.Thearticleproposestheexistingmainproblemsandthemainre部ons.Atlast，makeuseofthetechnologicalinnovationtheoriesandtheorganizationalstruc汩resandmotivational由eones，也estrategyandsuggestion缸eputforwardtoimprovethedevelopmentofJialingTechnicalCenterandreallydevelop由ecore缸nctionofJialingTechnicalCenterasthebaseintheJialingGrouptechnologicalinnovationactivities.τhearticlecarriesthroughaninvestig
