proportion of Nb and Ti in the test steel with 64 ppm rare earth are respectively improved54.1 % and 44.9% compared with the one with no rare earth after 1 h isothermal holding treatment at 1250 ℃.The average grain size of test steel with rare earth is almost the same compared with the one with no rare earth, but the solid proportion of Nb and Ti in the test steel with rare earth are respectively improved 25.5 % and 13.7 %.The solid proportion of Nb and Ti are unnoticeable in the same temperature of the test steel with different contents of rare earth, and reached a rough balance after 40 minisothermal holding treatment at 1250 ℃.The average grain size of the two kinds of teststeel with different contents of rare earth is small when the heating temperature under 1250 ℃.
