AbstractAs a new concept of urban economy, Industry Real Estate is growing very fast in China. However, there is still lack of in-depth study on this new field. My thesis starts with the concept and the pattern of the industry Real Estate, and discusses the characteristic of industry Real Estate complex. The business ecosystems theory was adopted to analysis the building solution of operation model industry Real Estate complex.
