AbstractWiththedevelopmentofmaterialscienceandtechnologyofnewequipment,thecompositematerialsisappliedmuchmoreinaerospacefieldandcutting-edgetechnology.Becausethecompositematerialsstructurecharacteristics,thedamagemechanismandfailureformaredifferentwithordinarymaterial,nondestructivetestingatcompositematerialsrequiredwiderrangeoffulldetection.Therefore,theopticaldetectionexpectedtodothat,sinceitiseasytorealizefulltesting.Electronicspeckleshearingpatterninterferometry（ESSPI）isakindofopticaldetection.Sinceitcandofulltestinganddemandlowenviroment,itdevelopsveryfastespeciallynondestructivetestingofcompositematerials.Becausethedetectionsignalcanbecollecttedtocomputersdirectly,ithascongenitaladvantageinthedetectionofquantitative,visualizationaspects.ThispaperstudytheeffectatthetestthatwesetmainprocessparametersbyESSPIwhichmodelistheTS-SS-PmadebyZhuoLiTeinSuzhou.Then,wedealthedetectionimages,completethevisualizationatthetestingresultsandrealizetheinstrumentofthesecondarydevelopment.ThroughtotheanalysistheESSPIprinciple,westudytheeffectrepresentationontheresultsbytheshearvolumeandfinishthecompositematerialtestmethods.Weanalysisthedetectionprinciple,thenassembletheESSPIequipment,researchthetechnologyaboutnondestructivetestingatcompositematerialsbytheESSPI,atlastwedetectthesimulativemoving,analysisthereasonaboutmovingandpositionmovingtoeffectthetesting.Finally,wefinishedtheexperimentdeviceofsolidrocketmotorlayercoatedadhesivedefectsdetectionwiththeESSPI,gotcoatedadhesivelayer3dviewofthedefects,andthecalculatedresultsoffiniteelementanalysisandcomparison.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatspecklefigurepointsoperationiscorrectandefficient.WedosomebeneficialworkthatuseESSPIdetectioncementationflawatthecompositematerial.itsvisualtestingresultsofresearchistoimprovethequalityofthedomesticsamekindproducts.Thisworkhavetheimportantreferencemeanings.Keywords:ESSPI,non-destructivetesting,imageprocessing,visual目录摘要.................................................................................
