价值工程在医疗建筑项目中的应用与研究摘要医疗建筑项目投资大、工期长、工程复杂，并且医疗建筑项目资金普遍比较紧张，在工程建设中，要做到既满足使用方的功能需求，又要确保总投资得到控制，价值工程作为一门经济与技术相结合的科学方法，无疑是为达到以上目标的有力工具。本文着眼于应用研究，以笔者自身所从事的项目为研究对象，结合目前大量建造医疗建筑的背景及从事医疗建筑项目管理的经验，总结归纳了目前医疗建筑建设过程中存在的一些问题，并对产生问题的原因进行了分析，然后从解决这些实际问题的角度提出了应用价值工程对设计方案进行优化比选的观点，探讨了价值工程在医疗建筑项目中的具体应用模式。同时，为了更加准确的将价值工程应用工程实践中来，最大化发挥价值工程的作用，本文还分析研究了价值工程在我国发展的障碍并总结归纳了应用价值工程过程中应注意的要点，旨在推广价值工程在医疗建筑项目管理中应用的可操作性。关键词:价值工程，医疗建筑，功能，寿命周期成本，应用THEAPPLICATIONAND RESEARCH OF VALUE ENGINEERINGINTHE HOSPITALCONSTRUCTIONABSTRACTThehospitalconstructionprojectisacomplicatedprojectforthebiginvestmentand long period，and theconstruction fund ofthe hospital is usually tense.
