AbstractTheemergenceofcurrencyandmonetarysystem,theformationoffinancialbubbles plantedtheformationoftheseed,whilethemicro-economicfactorsandmacroeconomic factorstogetherandpeoplespsychologicalexpectations,andvariousotherfactorstogether, thebubblebegantoformandpositivefeedbackandpeoplespsychologicalexpectationsof theroleofconstantmotion,sothatbubbletothecontinuousdevelopmentuntilthebubble burst.Humansocietyinrecordedhistory,thefinancialbubblehasbeenaccompaniedby economicandsocialdevelopmentofmankind,humanbeingsthroughtheeconomicand socialdevelopment,understandingofthefinancialbubbleareconstantlydeepened,but financialbubblesarestillfromtimetotimetheformationandrupture,andlargeorsmall impact on human society.TheseyearsasChinaseconomicdevelopment,improvementofpeoplesliving standards,aswellastheworldeconomicintegrationprocessfurtheraccelerated,sothatwe seearegionoracountryincreasinglycannotsimplyonlythecountryseconomic developmentfocusregardlessofotherfactors,single-mindedintermsofGDProughmad developmentasdevelopmentgoals,anycompetitionisnotjustacompetitionofGDP,it includesawiderangeofcompetition,includingresourcesandcultural,sowetendtojust startfromthemostbasicofGDP,inthedevelopmenthavebeenignoredinmanyother partsofthematching,whichcaneasilyleadtoeconomicoverheating,resourcescannot keepupthepaceofeconomicdevelopment,leadingtothefinancialbubblewhichledto theeconomiccrisis.Inordertopreventthegenerationofthecountrysfinancialcrisis,the financialbubbleoftheearlywarningandmonitoringisessential,thisarticleattemptsto start fromthecasehistory of thefinancialbubble on thebasis of theoreticalanalysis,trying tofindoutthereasonsfortheformationoffinancialbubbles,andthedrivingforcebehind thefinancialbubble,carriers,boosteranalysisobtainedthefinancialbubbleformation mechanismandpreliminaryanalysisofthefinancialbubblemonitoringandcontrol mechanism, in orderto draw some useful understanding of the financial bubble.Keywords: Financial bubble，Formation mechanism of the financial bubble，FIR
