优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 摘 要 电力系统日趋发展的过程中，电网的结构逐渐变得复杂，因而继电保护及安全 自动装置等设备在电力系统中的作用显得尤为重要。但大量的继电保护设备采用定 期校验，使继电保护现场运维人员的工作强度日益增加。同时如果继电保护及安全 自动装置的故障出现在两次年校之间，也只能等到下一次校验或保护装置功能缺失 时才能发现，这对电网安全稳定运行的影响巨大。因此，对继电保护及安全自动装 置进行设备状态的监测，逐步实现设备的状态检修，是当前形势下的电力系统发展 需求。 本论文先结合国内外外继电保护及安自装置的检修发展历程及现状分析了实 现继电保护装置状态检修的可行性、必要性，发现其关键问题并影响其实施的主要 障碍，提出推广能够实现继电保护及安全自动装置状态检修的技术路线和建立保护 及安自装置状态检修评估体系的建议。 其次，本文阐述了静海电网实现继电保护状态检修的主要方案，通过对静海电 网继电保护及安自装置的分析，提出装置状态检修系统的基本思路及主要技术指 标，同时通过静海电网保护设备状态检修模型对比计划检修与状态检修之间的执行 差异，提出了静海继电保护状态检修的实现思路。 最后，本文从安全性、可靠性、经济性方面分析了保护状态检修的价值和意义， 进一步挖掘继电保护状态检修的深层问题，提出继电保护状态检修工作开展的原则 和方向。 关键词：数字式；保护；状态检修；监测；模型 Abstract II Abstract With the development of power system, the network structure is more and more complex, so the relay protection plays a more and more significant role in power system. However, the relay protections are mostly checked in regular so the maintenance work is comsuing-time and difficult. If a fault of relay protection is occured after a check work, it will be found in next time or after the fuction is missing, so it has a harmful influence on the power sytem security and stabilization. It is adapt to the needs of power system development to implement state momitoring and state maintenance for relay protections. Firstly, this paper analyzed the feasibility and necessity of relay protection state maintenance conbined with the development and status of relay protection maintenance at home and abroad. It found the key problem and the main impediment of relay protection state maintenance realization. This paper proposed the technology route to promote the state maintenance and the suggestion to establish relay protection state maintenance evaluation system. Secondly, this paper expounded realization scheme of relay protection state maintenance in Jinghai network, and analyzed the basic train of thought and main technical indicators.
