AbstractIn the process of economic globalization, Finance English turns to be more and more important in the fields of economy, finance, foreign trade, accounting, marketing, banking and management, etc. Finance English possesses special features as the abundant terminology, strict structure and logic, concise style and difficult translation.Mr. Jeremy C. Stein, Vice Chairman of the Federal Reserve System, puts forward his Comment on Market Tantrum and Monetary Policy at the 2014 U.S. Monetary Policy Forum, New York on February 28, 2014. Under the guidance of Theory of Purpose of Interpretation (Skopostheorie) by Hans Vermeer, a German scholar, this typical comment and interview attached are used as CI simulation source materials of the thesis to describe the special features of Finance English and it also presents the author’s personal reflection on gains and losses in interpretation, sums up the methods and skills of Finance English interpretation and puts forward solutions and suggestions for reference.This report consists of five chapters. The first chapter gives a general introduction. The second goes into the theoretic and practical preparation of interpretation. The third is simulated interpretation process, focusing the problems in the process of interpretation. The fourth provides specific explanations on the relevant finance English features and interpreting skills. Finally, the report gives a general conclusion and personnel reflection of the whole simulated interpretation.Key words: Financial English; Consecutive Interpretation; Simulated InterpretationI摘要在经济全球化进程中，金融英语在经济，金融，外贸，会计，市场营销，银行业和管理等领域的重要性日益突出。金融英语专业术语繁多，句法结构严谨，文体简洁，逻辑性强，翻译难度较大。美国联邦储备委员会副主席杰瑞米.斯坦先生于 2014 年 2 月 28 日在 2014 年度美国货币政策论坛发表的评“市场大反应与货币政策”一文暨所附中国记者对他的采访，作为本篇论文交替传译模拟材料,以德国学者弗米尔的“翻译目的论”为指导，描述了金融英语的特点，反思笔者在交传中的失误，总结金融英语口译的方法和技巧，为金融英语口译学习者提供借鉴与参考。本文共五章：第一章背景介绍；第二章，以“翻译目的论”指导金融英语口译实践；第三章，根据笔者在模拟口译中出现的问题提出解决办法；第四章介绍金融英语的相关特点及口译技巧；最后谈个人口译模拟实践的感受并对整个模拟口译实践做出总结。关键字：金融英语；交替传译；口译实践IICont
