AbstractWiththehighlydevelopmentofeconomyandlifelevel,therequirementofquantityandqualitytotheperishablefoodsareallincreasing，Whenretailersmanagefortheinventoryofperishableproducts,besidesconsiderthemainprocurementcosts,inventoryholdingcost,orderingcost,butalsoneedtakethedeteriorationrateintoaccount.Atthesametime,thesuppliers,inordertoseizemarketshare,willchoosetocooperatewithretailers,givingthemcertainprofitkickbacksorotherformsofpreferentialpoliciesforretailers,deferredpaymentisoneofthemostwidelyusedway,retailershowtoapplythedeferredpaymentconditionsprovidedbythesuppliertocontrolinventorycostforperishablegoodsandimprovenetprofithasbecomearesearchfocus.Throughstudyingresearchesaboutrelatedbackgroundsoninventoryproblemsforperishableproductsanddeferredpaymentinventorymodelforperishableproducts,andfocusingonretailers’netprofit.First,assumethattheretailersinventorydoesnotallowoutofstate,thedeteriorationrateanddemandratesareconstant.Thentwocasesarediscussed,whenretailer’sorderquantityislessthantheminimumorderamountprovidedbysuppliers,retailersneedcashondeliverywhichwillresultingopportunitycost;Whenretailer’sorderquantitygreaterthantheminimumorderamountprovidedbysuppliers,retailersmaypostponethepayment,theybothhavetheopportunitycostforinventoryandinterestincomegeneratedbythedelayinpayment.Modelsareestablishedforthedifferentstates,usingaTaylorseriesapproximationmethodtosolvetheproblemandretailershowtochoosethereplenishmentcycleandorderquantityandensurethatthenetprofitisbiggest,Finally,aconclusionaboutthewholepaperismadeandpossiblefurtherstudydirectionswereproposed.Keywords:PerishablegoodsDeteriorationrateDelayinpaymentOrderstrategy目录摘要...................................................................................................................................IAbstract...............................................................................................................................II1绪论1.1研究背景及意义..............................................................
