This paper will discuss how to make a perfect performance appraisal in automobile maintenance to obtain the outstanding achievement, and then make the enterprises establish an unassailable position in hot competition. Firstly, this paper defines the concept of the enterprise performance appraisal. It means in order to achieve the goal, the enterprises use specific quota and standard, adopt scientific method to make a valuable judgment on the producing and operating activities of enterprises. The paper also introduces enterprises performance appraisal key elements. It includes the performance appraisal subjectobject, evaluation quota, evaluation criterion and the evaluation method. Secondly, it summarizes domestic and international relevant theoretical research about performance appraisal, and explains the value of the performance appraisal for HanXing automobile repairing factory. Taking HanXing automobile repairing factory as example, has analyzed the current situation of the automobile maintenance enterprises of our country.
