AbstractSalaryincentivesystemisanimportantcomponentoftheframeworkofcorporate governanceofChinesecommercialbanks.Ascientificsalaryexcitationsystemwill excitetheirworkenthusiasmandimproveperformanceofcommercialbanks. Therefore,withtheeconomicglobalizationandwideropennesstotheoutsideworld ofChineseeconomy,Iwill,taketheBankofCommunicationsasanexample,discuss thebankonhowto set upmanagementincentivemechanism ofreasonableand effectivefeatures,whichisofgreatrealitymeaningonimprovingthecompetitiveness ofhuman capitals of bank and its state inthefuture financial market.Undertheviewofprincipalagent,first,Ibrieflyelaboratedthegroundandrelevant basictheoryofthispaper,includingtheproxyagenttheoryandofincentivetheory. Then,TakingtheexampleoftheBankofCommunications,Iexpoundedtheentrusted agencyrelationsandemphaticallyanalyzedtheentrustedagencyrelationsamong shareholders,boardofdirectorsandexecutives.Next,Isystematicallyanalyzethe currentsituationofsalaryofexecutivesintheBankofCommunications,theproblems ofsalaryincentivesystemanditscauses.Finally,Onthebasisofaboveanalysisof theoryandinstance,Isetforthaplanforimprovingthesalaryincentivesystemofthe Bank ofCommunications andmadeaconclusion.Inaddition,Ialsofocusonthecombinationthetheoryofprincipalagentwithsalary incentivesystemofChinesecommercialbanks.Andaccordingtothespecific conditions,Isuggestedimprovingthesystemofindividualperformanceevaluation, andintroducing“broadbandsalary”and“self-helpwelfare”,andestablishingthe diversifiedconceptofcombinetheincentiveofshort-termwith long-term,andboth spirit and material paid equal attention.Keywords:theBankofCommunications,entrustedagency,managementlayer, compensation, incentivesystem目录摘要..............................................................ⅠAbstract...........................................................Ⅱ第1章绪论.......................................................11.1研究背景和意义...............................................11.2相关文献述评.................................................21.
