AbstractAstheclinicalintractablecaseofsmallanimals,thecaninetumordiseasehasbeenpaidmoreandmoreattention.Inthisstudy,theauthorcollected104clinicalcasesofthecaninetumorsinYear2012inHefeithroughsomeresearchesandsurveys;investigatedtherelationshipbetweentumordiseasesandcaninespecies,sex,ageanddiet,etc.andmadestatisticalresultsbytheclinicaldatacollectionrecords;madeadetailedclassificationoftumorswithbenignandmalignantdifferentialdiagnosisbyhistopathologicalexaminationof32typicalcases;exploredthevalueoftumormarkersintheearlydiagnosisofcanineneoplasticdisease,thediagnosisofavarietyofmalignanttumorsandtumorscreeningbytumormarkersdeterminationin32casesofcaninetumors.Theresultswereasfollows:Caninetumordiseaseswerecloselyrelatedtocanines’species,sex,ageanddiet,etc.Therewere18varietiesofcaninewhichcangettumordiseases.Amongthese,PekingesedogsandtheHalf-Blooddogswerethetwocommonvarieties(25.96%and19.23%),andGoldenRetrieveralsohadahighincidencerate(13.46%).Theaverageageoftumorcanineswas7.43yearsold,skinandsofttissuetumorswas6.26yearsold,breastandbitchesgenitaltumorswas8.34yearsold,whichshowedthatthebreastandbitchesgenitalcancershadahigheragethanothertumordiseases.Ingeneral,theincidenceofthetumordiseasetendedtooccurinyoungerageofdogs.45casesofbreastcancerswereallfrombitches’cases.30in38casesofskinandsofttissuetumorswerefrommaledogs,whichtook78.95%ofthetotal;8in38casesofskinandsofttissuetumorswerefromfemaledogs,whichtook21.05%ofthetotal.Accordingtothedifferenteatinghabitsofcanines,thehighestincidencerateswereinturnthedogswhichwerefedwithleftovers,partialeclipse,meatswithrice,respectivelyreaching30%,27%,25%,taking82%ofthetotal,whilethelowerincidenceratescametothedogswhichwerefedwithpuredogfoodandhomemadefood.Histopathologicalsectionscanbeusedasthebasisofthedeterminationofcanineneoplasticdiseases,whichhadcertainsignificancetocanineneoplasticdiseasediagnosis.Theanalysisoftumortissue,cellmorphology,degreeofpathologicalchanges,tumorgradeweremadeafterobservingthesurgicaltumorremovalsample
