ExploratoryResearchonTestingSystemofProjectileBottomPressureBasedontheARMandCalibrationTechniquesABSTRACTWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofartillery,themuzzlevelocityofartilleryandchamberpressureiscontinuouslyincreased,thephenomenonthattheclassicballistictheoryisdifficulttomakeasatisfactoryexplanationismoreandmore,andthemalfunctioninchamberismoreandmoreserious.Testingofprojectilebottompressureisessentialforresolvingtheseissues,thedesigningofprojectile,barrelandfuseinmodernartilleryandtheresearchoninteriorballistics.Inaddition,whetherthereisdifferencebetweentheprojectilebottompressureandchamberpressureandwhatkindofrelationshipexistingbetweenthetwo,whichrequiresaccurateprojectilebottompressuredatatoanalyzeandcomparethetwo.Thusthereisanurgentneedfordevelopingtheprojectilebottompressuretestsystem,andcontinuouslyimprovingtheperformanceofthetestsystem.Fortheharshenvironmentofhightemperature,highpressure,highimpact,thissubjectdevelopedaprojectilebottompressuretestsystembasedonARMwithmicro-volume,lowpowerconsumption,highsamplingfrequency.ThetestsystemselectedthechipofLPC1768whichkernelisCortex-M3asthemaincontroller,usingthetwo-channelADintegratedinthechiptoacquirethesignalsofprojectilebottompressureandtheprojectileaccelerationduringlaunchrespectively,andstoredthedatatotheon-chipFLASHmemory.Inaddition,inordertofilterouttheeffectofaccelerationintheprojectilebottompressuretest,proposedacalibrationmethodofthepressuresensoraccelerationeffect,whichsolvedthesystematicerrorscausedbyaccelerationeffect.Thisarticlefocusesonthefollowingthreeaspects:Firstly,describedtheoverallprogramdesignoftheprojectilebottompressuretestsystemwhichchoseARMwithCortex-M3asthemaincontroller.Focusedonexplainingthekeytechniquesoftheprojectilebottompressuretestsystemsuchascollectionmethods,storagemethods,low-powerdesignandsoon.Secondly,Elaboratedonthehardwaredebuggingenvironment,thehardwarecircuitdesign,softwareapplicationdevelopmentenvironmentandthesoftwaredesignprocessoftheprojectilebottompressuretestsystem.An
