temperatures,andisasignificantpositivecorrelationwiththe0-10cmsoilmoisture.(4)Theseasonalvariationofsoilorganiccarbonshowedasingle-peakcurve,itisasignificantpositivecorrelationwithbelowgroundbiomassinthesoillayerof0-10cm.Basedon3yearsfieldsurveydataandMODIS-NDVIdata,theAbove-groundbiomassofSonidYouqiwereestimated,combiningroot:shootratioandsoilorganiccarbondata,thetotalcarbonstorageofSonidYouqiwereestimated.TotalcarbonstorageofSonidYouqiin2006,2011and2012isrespectively329.86Tg,328.63Tgand335.03Tg.Soilcarbonstorageaccountedformorethan95%ofthetotalcarbonstorage.Rootcarbonstorageis20timesofabovegroundbiomass.TheaverageabovegroundbiomassofSonidYouqiin2012wassignificantlyhigherthanthosein2006and2011,whichisrespectively59.08g/m2,37.59g/m2and41.23g/m2.Soilcarbondensityindifferentgrasslandisdifferent,thesoilcarbondensityinStipabreviflorasteppeisthehighest,whichis18690.3g/m2，thesoilcarbondensityinsteppedesertisthelowest,whichis4358.43g/m2Theinfluenceofclimate,grazingandsoilmicrobialtograsslandbiomassandcarbonpoolinSonidYouqi.Nearly30years,temperatureinSonidYouqiisanincreasingtrendespeciallyinsummerandautumn,whiletheprecipitationdecreased.Theabovecarbonpoolandrootcarbonpoolshowedasignificantpositivecorrelationwithannulprecipitation,andanegativecorrelationwithtemperature.TheclimatechangeinSonidYouqiisnotconducivetotheaccumulationofcarbonreserves.Withtheincreasingofgrazingintensity,theaboveandbelowbiomassofStipaklemenziisteppedecreasedduringgrowingseason.ComparedwithCK,soilorganiccarboninLGincreased,whilesoilorganiccarboninMG,HGandEGreducedindifferentdegree.Soilmicrobialnumbershowedsignificantlypositivecorrelationwithabovegroundbiomass.Underdifferentgrazingintensities,soilmicrobialnumbershowedahighlypositivecorrelationwithsoilorganiccarbon,temperatureandsoilwatercontent.KeyWords:DesertSteppe；Biomass；SeasonalDynamics；InfluenceFactors；CarbonStorage；SpatialDistributionDirectedby:Prof.GAOYongApplicantforDoctordegree:YANGTingting（WaterandSoilConservation）(CollegeofEcologicalEnvironm
