摘要父亲在子女的成长过程中具有独特而不可替代的作用。然而，受传统文化、社会发展、父亲自身等因素的影响，在过去很长一段时间内，父亲成为了家庭教育中的“隐形人”。如今，父亲缺失给儿童成长带来的种种问题又开始引发各界对父职参与问题的关注。本研究以90后大学生为研究对象，从子女的视角来分析其家庭教育中的父职参与状况。笔者主要采用文献法、问卷调查法及访谈调查法，试图将定性与定量分析相结合，围绕父职参与的态度、父职参与的方式、父职参与的水平、影响父职参与水平的因素、90后大学生对父亲的评价和期待等进行研究。调查结果显示：90后大学生的父亲大多数仍属于传统型，存在片面的、陈旧的教育观念，对父亲参与家庭教育的认识不足；90后大学生家庭教育中的父职参与总体水平一般，父亲在参与内容上的得分由高到低依次是生活常规教导、人际关系指导、学习活动辅导，情绪行为处理上的参与水平最低；大学生对父亲的客观评价与其理想中的父亲形象存在较大差距。笔者在调查分析现状的基础上，分别从子女个体背景（子女性别、数量、民族）、父母社经地位（父母受教育程度、父母职业）以及家庭生态环境（家庭来源、家庭结构、家庭关系、母亲的态度）三方面探讨并验证了其对父职参与存在显著性的影响。综合以上分析总结出父职参与存在三方面的问题：一是态度和方式上的两难；二是内容和程度上的缺失；三是理想和现实中的鸿沟。最后,针对以上问题从父亲自身、家庭、社会三方面提出了几点对策及建议：父亲自身要在思想上转变角色定位、在行动上发挥父职参与的效用；家庭中的其他成员要通过构建和谐的家庭关系、转变传统性别角色观念、保持家庭教育的一致性来为父职参与提供有效的支持；社会相关部门应该从制定相关政策法规、开设父职技能培训课程、开展亲子互动活动三方面推进父职参与。关键词：家庭教育；父亲；父职参与；90后大学生AbstractFatherhasauniqueandcan’tbereplacedfunctionintheprocessofchildren’sgrowth.However,foralongtime,fatherhasbeenaninvisiblecharacterinfamilyeducationbecauseofthefollowingfactors:thetraditionalculture,thedevelopmentofsociety,fatherthemselvesetc.Nowadays,becauseoffatherabsence,thekidshavemadeallkindsofmistakes,thathasarousedpublicattention.Thisstudytakespost-90scollegestudentsasresearchobjects,analyzesthesituationoffatherhoodinvolvementinfamilyeducationfromchildren’sperspective.Byusingthedocumentmethod,questionnaireandinterviewsurvey,theauthorattemptstocombinequalitativeandquantitativeanalysis,andmakearesearchontheattitudeandformsoffatherhoodinvolvement,thecontentanddegreeofparticipate,effectivefactors,andpost-90scollegestudents’evaluationandexpectationtotheirfathersandsoon.Theresultshowsthatthemajorityofpost-90scollegestudents’fathersstillbelongtotraditionaltype.Theystillinsistonone-sideandoutdatedconceptofeducation,andlackofunderstandingofthefather’sparticipationinfamilyeducation.Andthepost-90scollegestudents’fathersparticipationlevelisjustso-so.Inaddition,fromhightolow,thecontentoffatherhoodinvolvementareasfollows:dailyroutineteaching,interpersonalrelationsguidance,learningactivitiescounseling,thelastoneisemo
