ABSTRACTThemetalstructureproductmanufacturingistheindustryrelatedtothedesign,productionandimplementofmetalstructureproductslikedoors,windows,curtainwallandlightingceiling,it’satypicallarge-logisticindustry.Ononehand,enterprisesproducemetalproductshavedifferentprojectsindifferentplacesoverthecountry,thebuildingsitesrepealwiththecloseofprojects,whichmadetheinventorydistributed.Onetheotherhand,therawmaterialcosttakesuphighinthetotalproductcost,thelogisticinvolvesalot,andtheprocesscontrolisverycomplicated.Agoodmanagementandcontrolofthedistributedlogisticisthekeyproblemofthiskindofenterprise,anddistributedinventoryinformationmanagementsystemcanhelpenterprisesdothejobeffectively.Thispaperwillexploreandresearchonthedesignanddevelopmentofdistributedinventorymanagementsystemforthemetalstructureenterprises.Thispaperfirstanalyzedthecharacteristicofthedistributedinventoryofthemetalenterprises.Withtheconsiderationofthedemandofthedistributedinventorymanagementsystem,akindofthedistributedinventorymanagementsystemisdesigned,whichmainlyincludestheframeworkofthesystemstructureandfunctionstructure.Theoperationmodewasbroughtforward,andthesystematicoperationprocedureofthecoreoperationwasalsoanalyzed.Basedontheaboveresearch,thegeneraltechniqueframeoftherealizationthedistributedinventorymanagementsystemforthemetalstructureenterprisewasbuilt,whichincludesgeneraltechnique,specifictechnique,andsupportivetechnique.SomekeytechniquesuchasthesystemdesignmodeoftheUniformModelingLanguage,thedevelopmentframeworkbasedonJ2EEandSOAandthedistributedinventoryoptimizationmethodswerealsoresearched.Atlast,withtheadoptionofthecomponenttechnologybasedonJ2EEframework,asetofsoftwareofdistributedinventorymanagementsystemforthemetalstructureenterprisesweredeveloped.Thissoftwarewasappliedinshenyangjinwei,andhasachievedgoodresults.Keywords:metalstructureenterprises,distributedinventory,J2EE,SOA目录1绪论11.1本论文的研究背景和意义11.1.1研究背景11.1.2研究意义21.1.3课题来源31.2国内外相关研究现状41.2.1库存管理系统研究现状41.2.2面向服务架构研究现状51.2.3ASP应用服务研究现状61.3论文研究目的
