AbstractSince2008,thefinancialcrisishascausedtheglobaleconomiccrisis,until2011,nottothegoodtrendoftheglobaleconomy,haveintensified。Inchina,thedomestictightmonetarypolicy,increasingdepositprecision,thescaleoftighteningcredit,bankingdepositandloanspreadsalonewillbedifficulttosustainthedaytolive.Therighttime,becauseimbalancebetweensupplyanddemandoffunds,companiesareencounteringunprecedentedfinancialcrisis,financialdifficulties,askedoutofthecapitalchainrupturerisk,businessmodelintheexistingsocio-economicenvironmenthasundergonemajorchanges,cashiskingisincreasinglyseenasenterprisefundsmanagementthecenteroftheconcept.Thecashmanagementbusinessbecauseofitsintegratedmanagementoffunds,andfinancialintermediationfunctionofconcern,asnewbanksNuggetspointsandgainahugecashmanagementtodevelopbusinessopportunities.Majorofbankscompetingtoincreaseinvestmentincashmanagementmarket,integrationoforganizationalstructure,thecreationoftheirownbrands,increasemarketingefforts,businesscashmanagement,intensecompetitionpresenttrend.Although,ourcountryinthecashmanagementbusinessdevelopmentstartslater,butinrecentyears,theoutbreakofthefinancialcrisis,corporatecashshortageproblemisserious,sopaycloseattentiontotheproblemtherearemanyarticles,buttheuseofcomprehensiveandsystematictheoryofsinglesubjectcashmanagementbusinessdevelopmentresearchisless.Inthispaper,byvirtueofcompetition,innovationandmarketingtheory,fromthecashmanagementconnotationanddevelopmentcourseandbasictheories,usingthecombinationoftheoryandpractice,thecombinationofquantitativeandqualitativeanalysisandcaseanalysisandotherresearchmethods,throughrevealingthecurrentCCBHeilongjiangProvinceBranchcashmanagementbusinessintheconceptofconduction,organizationrestructuring,productinnovation,brandmarketingclientsexperiencemarketingpatternandmanyotheraspectsofdevelopmentkey,combinedwiththeinherentdevelopmentneeds,fromdomesticandforeignexpertsandthesystemofadvancedexperience,putforwardthedevelopmentofthecashmanagementbusinessdevelopmentstrategiesandrecom
