哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文AbstractThe Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is the network, composed of mass nodes. It can organize the net automatically without wire connect and the support of foundation establishment. As the Internet, WSN brings huge influence to the human life and great impetus to the manufacture, so the military, the academe and the industry in many countries are attaching importance to it. ZigBee is a kind of wireless technic, with the characters of standard communication protocol, and low- cost e.g. It becomes the preferred technic in the wireless sensor network application.This article analyzed and researched the ZigBee protocol stack and the μC/OSⅡ operating system (OS), then designed the hardware of the environment monitoring node, which was composed of CC2430, RF front circuit and SHT11 sensor, with ARM7 as its kernel. This kind of wireless sensor network node realized the function of environment temperature measure and the humiditymeasure. The Embedded μC/OSⅡ OS run on the ARM7, in order to scheduler themulti-tasks on real time, and process the environment data and the commands form ZigBee protocol stack. The application layer software of ZigBee protocol stack, embedded in the CC2430 chip, was designed to realize the function of network organization and router function. The strengthened RF front circuit with RF power amplifier and low noise amplifier is designed to improve the transmitting power and receiver sensitivity.The test results show that this monitoring system has the advantages such as high flexibility of construction of network, short delay of communication, low cost, and wide range of network. The maximal distance of the data transmitting between two nodes is 2.0km, The maximal transmitting power is 23dbm, and the receiver sensitivity is over -90dBm. This system suits special application field of WSN, such as industry monitoring and control. The research and implement of this environment monitoring system are essential preparation for
