2 2 IL-17 与 MMP1 在膝骨关节炎的关节液中相关表达的研究 中文摘要 IL-17 与 MMP1 在膝骨关节炎的关节液中相关表达的研 究 中文摘要 目的 研究膝骨关节炎患者关节液中IL-17与MMP-1含量与骨关节炎的病变 严重程度的关系，及二者在关节液中水平的相关性，探讨IL-17与MMP-1在骨关 节炎发病中的作用。 方法 提取30例OA病变轻微患者(0A第一组)、30例OA病变严重患者(OA第 二组)、12例对照者的关节液，通过夹心ELISA法测定膝关节滑液中IL-17、MMP-1 含量。 结果 用ELISA法检测后发现对照组膝关节滑液中IL-17含量为 18.50±10.19pg／ml，MMP-1含量为34.17±25.58ng／ml。而OA组关节液中IL-17 含量为133.90±98.48 pg／ml，MMP-1含量为290.57±171.03ng／ml。经检验对照组 和 0A组关节滑液中 IL-17和MMP-1的含量存在显著差异 (P0．05)。OA组膝关 节滑液中IL-17及MMP-1的含量均显著高于对照组。关节滑液中IL-17及MMP-1 之间存在着正相关。在0A组关节滑液中IL-17及MMP-1与OA的分型间有正相关。 结论 IL-17和MMP-1在膝骨关节炎的发病中有重要的病理作用。IL-17与 MMP-1在骨关节炎患者与关节液中均有较高水平，并与关节病变严重程度相关， 它们在患者关节液中的水平存在相关性。因此，联合检测IL-17与MMP-1在OA关 节液中的含量，有助于病情的判断。 关键词 骨关节炎 IL-17 MMP-1 ELISA 作 者：柳围堤 指导老师：杨卫新 III III IL-17 与 MMP1 在膝骨关节炎的关节液中相关表达的研究 中文摘要 The Correlative Study on the Expression of IL-17 and MMP-1 in the Synovia of the Knee Osteoarthritis Patients Abstract objective To study on the relationship between the levels of IL-17 and MMP-1 in the synovial fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) and the lesions of osteoarthritis, and the relativity of the two levels in the synovial fluid, approaching the effect of IL-17 and MMP-1 in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis. Methods Take the synovial fluids from 30 KOA patients with mild disease (KOA first group), 30 KOA patients with serious disease ( KOA second group) and 12 control group, and measure the contents of IL-17 and MMP-1in the synovial fluid by sandwich ELISA method. Results By ELISA method,the contents of IL-17in the synovial fluid of control group was 18.50±10.19pg／ml，MMP-1 was 34.17±25.58ng／ml．In OA group，the contents of IL-17was 133.90±98.48 pg／ml，MMP-1was 290.57±171.03ng／ml.
