T-Ag、β-catenin蛋白的表达，并分析其与临床特性及生物学特性之间的是关性。结直肠癌组织与正常组织JCVT-Ag、β-catenin在结直肠腺癌、正常肠粘膜中的表达情况，免疫组化数据已经发表。PCR结果现示：65例结直肠癌标本中，JCVT-Ag阳性表达43例，阳性率为66.15%(43/65)；β-catenin蛋白阳性表达率为63.07%(41/65)；而癌旁正常组织标本中JCV几乎不表达，癌组织表达水平明显升高，有统计学意义。结论：1．JCVT-Ag早期基因编码产物大T-Ag可能在结直肠癌早期形成过程中有重要的作用；与年龄、肿瘤病理类型、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、和TNM分期无关。2．β-catenin在结直肠癌细胞核的表达在与年龄、肿瘤病理类型、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、和TNM分期有关。β-catenin可能抑制在结直肠癌的发生发展中发挥了重要的作用。3．在结直肠癌组织中，JCVT-Ag早期基因编码产物大T-Ag与β-catenin基因表达呈负相关，说明JCVT-Ag早期基因编码产物大T-Ag可以通过抑制β-catenin基因的信号途径促进肿瘤的形成。关键词：结直肠腺癌;JCV;大T-Ag;β-连接素;免疫组织化学ExpressionandClinicalSignificanceofJCVT-Agandβ-cateninProteinsincolorectaladenocarcinomaABSTRACTObjective：ToexploretheexpressionsandtheclinicalpathologicalfeaturesofJCvirusearlyregiongeneencodingproductlargetumorantigen(T-Ag)andβ-cateninproteinsintheoccurrenceanddevelopmentofcolorectaladenocarcinoma，andtostudythecorrelationbetweenthetwogenes.Methods：TheexpressionsofJCVT-Ag、β-cateninweredetectedbyRT-PCRandimmunohistochemistryin65humancolorectalcancrtissueand20normalcolorectaltissuewithRT-PCRandimmunohistochemistry,andtoanalyzethecorrelationbetweenthetwogenesandclinicalsignificancecombinedwiththeThesexofthepatients,tumorsize,locationlymphmetastasis,differentiationdegreeandDukesstaging.Results：ThepositiveexpressionrateofJCVT-Agin65casesofcolorectalcancertissueswas38.4%(25/65),andtherewasnoexpressionin20casesofnormalcolorectalmucosa.Therewasnosignificantdiffererceindifferentiationdepthofinfiltrationofcolorectaladenocarcinomaa(P0.05),andtherewasoppositeinlymphnodesmetastasisofcolorectaladenocarcinomaa(P0.05).Thepositiveexpressionrateofβ-cateninproteinsin65casesofcolorectaladenocarcinomawas47.7%(31/65).Therewasnosignificantdiffererceindifferentiationdepthofinfiltrationandmetastaticlymphnodemetastasisofcolorectaladenocarcinoma(P0.05).TheexpressionsofJCVT-Agandβ-cateninproteinswasnegativelycorrelatedincolorectaladenocarcinoma(P0.01).TodetecttheexpressionsofJCVT-Ag、β-cateninbyRT-PCRin65casesofcolorectalcancertissuesand20casesofnormalcolorectalmucosa,andanalysetheirc
