教育生态视域下职教园区规划研究——以武汉鄂州职教园区为例VOCATIONALEDUCATIONPARKPLANNINGBASEDONEDUCATIONECOLOGY:PRACTICEANDINTROSPECTIONOFWUHAN(EZHOU)PARK摘要加快发展现代职业教育是经济社会发展调结构、转方式、促升级的重要举措。建设职教园区(职教城)是加快发展现代职业教育的新型模式。近十年来，各省已建立了120余个职教园区。科学、合理的规划是职教园区建设的基础工作。武汉鄂州职教园区位于湖北鄂州葛店开发区，为武汉城市圈的中心。通过对鄂州职教园区规划的个例解析，对于规划或建设生态美好型、环境友好型、资源节约型职教园区具有观照价值。从教育生态学的视角，职教园区本身蕴涵有环境要素、社会要素、复合要素等多种生态要素，并具有系统循环性、多样共生性、动态平衡性等多种生态特性。据此，职教园区目标规划应从系统外目标、系统内目标两个维度，充分考量由职业院校组成的职校校区、由企业工厂组成的产业园区、由民用设施组成的生活社区，以及区域自然景观环境“三区一景”生态圈。从“宇”或空间上看，职教园区宏观规划应该坚持系统循环性原则，做好选址、定位等硬环境规划，做好与区域产业结构的对接、与城市文化的融合等软环境规划，让园区成为城市系统价值链的重要一环；微观规划应该秉承多样共生性原则，要加强校企组团布局、基础设施的开放等硬环境规划，应促进校企、校校软资源共享与文化共生等软环境规划。从“宙”或时间上看，职教园区应坚持动态平衡性原则，建设前期注重控制性规划，中期注重调整性规划，后期注重整体性规划，达到园区与城市深度融入，园区内部布局有力融通，公共区间有效融贯，软环境有机融合，以职教园区生态规划与建设推进城市生态文明、现代职业教育生态文明建设。关键词：职教园区；教育生态；要素；规划；策略ABSTRACTAcceleratethedevelopmentofmodernvocationalandtechnicaleducationisanimportantacttoadjustthestructure,tochangethemethodandtopromoteupgradingofeconomicsociety.Asanewmodeofvocationalandtechnicaleducationreformanddevelopment,morethan120vocationaleducationparksgrowaroundChina.Scientificandreasonableplanningisthebaseofvocationaleducationparkconstruction,andthevocationaleducationparkinWuhancitycircle(Ezhou)ischosentobethecasestudy.Itcouldbeworthytoplanorconstructecologicallybeautiful,environment-friendly,andresourcesavinganeducationpark.Fromtheperspectiveofeducationecology,avocationaleducationparkhasenvironmentalelements,socialelementsandcompoundelements,aswellasthreecharacters-systemiccirculation,diversesymbiosisanddynamicequilibrium-aredemonstrated.Theplanningofparkshouldbaseontwodimensionsofthegoal-insideandoutside-tobuilda“threeareasandonescene”eco-system,whichiscombinedbyschoolarea,industryplaceandlivingcommunityinthebackgroundofnature.Thenintheprocessofstudyingplanningstrategies,educationecologicalviewsrunthroughbothhardenvironmentplanningandsoftenvironmentplanningofthepark,toensurethecoordinatewitheachotherbetter.Themacroscopicplanningofvocationaleducationparkshouldbaseontheprincipleofsystemi
