节水灌溉对滦河下游灌区地下水动态影响的研究摘要水资源不仅仅是一种宝贵的自然资源，更是是环境的基本要素。水资源的合理开发利用，对生态环境的变化有着非常重要的影响。长期以来的引水灌溉在灌区形成了比较特殊的生态环境，而且这种生态环境具有一定的稳定性。近年来，随着节水型社会建设的逐步推进，全国各灌区的节水力度加大，节水对于灌区的生态环境存在的一些问题值得研究。在看到农业节水促进经济社会快速发展的同时，也应该清醒地分析我国农业节水管理和研究中存在的问题，才能使节水型农业建设可持续发展。因此，对于灌区节水灌溉对地下水动态研究影响的研究是不可缺少的基础工作。滦河下游灌区位于河北省唐山市南部滦河以西滨海平原地区，灌区受益范围涉及唐海、滦南、乐亭、丰南4个县和两个军垦农场，灌区经济在唐山市国民经济中占有十分重要的地位。本文以滦河下游灌区为例，在分析了现状条件下农业节水对生态环境影响的程度，根据灌区面临的主要生态问题，揭示了生态环境负效应。通过对地下水参数进行分析，加深给水度等有关参数对地下水位计算的重要性的理解。通过工程实例，研究节水改造工程实施前后，对滦河下游灌区的地下水动态影响的研究，为灌区水利工程建设和地下水管理提供决策依据。关键词：滦河下游灌区；节水灌溉；地下水动态；灰色预测模型。THERESEARCHOFDYNAMICIMPACTOFGROUNDWATERBYWATER-SAVINGINDOWNSTREAMIRRIGATIONOFLUANRIVERAbstractWaterisnotonlyavaluablenaturalresource,butalsothebasicelementsoftheenvironment.Rationaldevelopmentandutilizationofwaterresourceshasaverysignificantinfluenceontheecologicalenvironment.Aspecialenvironmentaredevelopedinthelong-termirrigationwhichhascertainstability.Inrecentyears,withthedevelopmentofwater-savinginoursociety,watersavingmechanismreformisbeingstrengthenedalloverthecountry,thentheecologicalenvironmentalproblemwithsavingirrigationdeservescareanalysis.Whenweseewatersavinginagriculturepromotestheeconomicdevelopment,weshouldalsoanalyzetheproblemscomingalongwithmanagementandresearchofwatersaving,onlydoingthis,canwemakeasustainableagriculture.Therefore,theeffectsthatwater-savingirrigationputsongroundwaterdynamicsoftheresearchisanindispensablebasicwork.LuanRiverIrrigationDistrictislocatedinTangshanCity,HebeiProvince,westofthesoutherncoastalplainofLuanRiverregion,thebenefitirrigationareascoversTangHai,LuanSouth,Laoting,Fengnanfourcountiesandtwoschoolfarm.IrrigationeconomyplaysakeyroleinthepossessionofthenationaleconomyofTangshanCity.ThispapertakestheLuanRiverirrigationareaforanexample,underanalyzingoftheenvironmentimpactofagriculturalwaterlevel,accordingtothemajorecologicalproblemsfacingirrigatedareas,revealthenegativeeffectsoftheecologicalenvironment.ByanalyzingtheParametersofgroundwater,enhancingwatersupplyandotherrelevantparametersonthe
