ABSTRACTEndoftheJindiRiveristheflood-pronepart,wheretherearealargenumberoffertilefarmland.Itisthemaingrain-producingregionofShandongprovinceandthegrainbaseofChina.Floodsnotonlyseriouslythreatenthelifeandpropertyofpeopleofbothsidesareas,butalsotakeadverseeffectonthesurroundingarea’sunderlyingsurface,waterenvironment,biodiversity,etc.Inordertomacro-allocatethewaterofJindiriver,theybuiltthereservoirbasedonthefloodcontrolengineeringatthedownstream.Itcannotonlyrealizethedevelopmentandutilizationoffloodresources,butalsoproducegreatecological,socialandeconomicbenefits.Throughinvestigatingtheannualfloodchangesandeco-environmentalevolutionofJindiriverbasin,andwiththemeteorologicalandhydrologicalobservationdataforyearsandfieldsamplingmonitoringdataofwaterandsoil,wediscusstheinfluenceproducedbyfloodofJindiriveronagriculturalecologicalenvironment,suchasunderlyingsurface,waterenvironmentandbiodiversity.While,weargumentthesignificanceofdevelopingtheproduction,improvingtheecologicalenvironmentandreducingthefloodthreatbyusingfloodresourcesbasedonthepresentconditionofengineeringandputforwardtheexistingproblemsandsolvingcountermeasureswhendevelopandutilizefloodresourcesofJindiriver.Themainconclusionsareasfollows:ThemainreasonsofleadingtothefloodresourcesrichattheendofJindiRiverarethegreatinterannualvariationandannuallyunevendistributionofprecipitation,concentratedandlongtimecontinuousrainfallduration,manyflooddisorderscausedbyserioussedimentdepositionordecrepitleveeandthedifficultyofwaterintotheYellowRiver.ThesoilonbothbanksofthedownstreamofJindiRiverisseriouslyaffectedbythewaterlogging，whichleadtothecontentofDDDinsoilofbothbanksishigherthansurroundingareas.Thereexistthephenomenonthatsoilsalinizationofinsideishigherthanoutsideatthesamecrosssectionoftheriverbankandthesalinizationisgraduallyreducedfrominsidetotheoutside,whichwillillustratethatthefloodattheendofJindiRiverhascausedacertaindegreeofsoilsalinization.Inaddition,theoftheleveealluvialflatgroundsoilnutrientcontentinadditiontoth
